eRswab eR-PS743 Polyester Swab

The eR-PS743 swabs are designed for cleaning sensitive equipment and hard-to-reach areas where low contamination and high efficiency are required. They are safe for use with piezoelectric print heads (e.g. Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, Epson) and are also well suited for cleaning optical sensors, microscopes, and small mechanical assemblies.

The swab head is made of double-layer knitted polyester, free from organic contaminants such as silicones, amides, and DOP. Its construction provides excellent solvent absorbency and retention while remaining highly durable and low-linting.

The handle is made of 100% virgin polypropylene, without any surface treatments or adhesives. The head is thermally bonded to the handle, preventing the introduction of additional contaminants. The swab features a flexible paddle head, enabling gentle yet precise cleaning without damaging sensitive components.

Thanks to its low levels of particles, ions, and non-volatile residues, this swab is suitable for use in cleanroom environments and applications with strict cleanliness requirements. The swabs are triple-washed in clean EDI water to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness.
